To keep his relationship alive, Mu Cheng moves from Beijing to Shenzhen for Su Xia, his girlfriend. After he moves in her shared flat, they come across a variety of practical issues. Rebuffed, Mu Cheng begins to take jobs unrelated to his dream. As he’s overwhelmed by the stress of life, subtle changes also happen to his relationship with Su Xia.
